How It Works

Our process ensures seamless collaboration between Norden SLS and property owners. We manage resident placement, offer daily support, and keep open communication with our partners to maintain a peaceful environment. Each step is designed to promote stability and long-term success for both property owners and residents.

Lease Agreement

Resident Placement

We place residents who meet our program criteria, and they sign a lease agreement with us. This lease includes the Housing Partner's standard requirements, as well as additional program-related expectations to ensure residents maintain their program eligibility while living in their apartment.

In-Unit Support

Our team provides daily in-unit support tailored to each resident’s needs. Staff have regular access to the unit and are responsible for working with the resident to maintain a clean and orderly environment, promoting both independence and healthy living standards.

Monitoring & Communication

We continuously monitor each resident’s well-being and address any issues that arise promptly. Our team maintains open communication with Housing Partners, ensuring you're informed of relevant updates. This collaborative approach helps maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for all tenants.
