With Norden SLS, you receive reliable rental payments whether or not a unit is occupied by a resident. This eliminates downtime, turnover costs, and the need for marketing vacant units. Our long-term lease agreements ensure stability and provide consistent income, allowing property owners to avoid the uncertainties of tenant turnover.
Household Management
Norden SLS staff have daily access to each unit, allowing for consistent monitoring and upkeep. We work with residents on daily living skills, ensuring a clean and well-maintained household. If a resident is unable or unwilling to maintain the unit, our staff take responsibility for its cleanliness, guaranteeing a well-kept property.

Lease Agreement

Resident Placement
We place residents who meet our program criteria, and they sign a lease agreement with us. This lease includes the Housing Partner's standard requirements, as well as additional program-related expectations to ensure residents maintain their program eligibility while living in their apartment.

In-Unit Support
Our team provides daily in-unit support tailored to each resident’s needs. Staff have regular access to the unit and are responsible for working with the resident to maintain a clean and orderly environment, promoting both independence and healthy living standards.
